can you stamp the front and back of an item?

this is only possible if you choose to have the item 'hammered'. there may still be some stamping that shows through to the front, but this is your best option if you want something on the back as well.

where do i leave my personalization info?

when you check out at paypal, there is a box that will say 'message to seller'-this is where you leave all the pertinent info for me-names, chain lengths, etc.

when will i receive my item?

generally i ship orders 10-14 days after i receive it. i am a one-woman team only (and this is not my full-time job) but i will do my best to get your item shipped out just as soon as i can. need it by a specific date? leave that also when you check out at paypal.

do you offer refunds?

if i have misspelled a word or sent you the wrong piece, i will replace the item at no charge. but no refunds are given.

i received my item and all of the letters are not lined up....

that is the beauty of handmade! each piece will not be perfect...letters will not always line up and everything will not be even-that is what makes each piece unique!
